they were responsible for one of the largest identity thefts in human history . not only is our featured subject, natarajan subramanian, using government time for dsa activities, but he lies about it to his employer via falsified disclosure forms. the whole video is worth a watch: i was purposefully a little bit vague about what kind of organization it is…its a socialist organization and we want to destroy capitalists. natarajan subramanian speaking about socialism, and its kissing cousin communism, is a difficult task. the majority of americans have very little understanding of history and certainly history with respect to these economic and governmental systems. while the deaths to socialism and communism are well documented, these facts are rejected due to a moving goal post. it wasn’t long ago that we had well known people praising venezuela which has since descended into starvation and chaos. in fact, even bernie sanders thought venezuela was an example of income equality for america. these days, the american dream is more apt to be realized in south america, in places such as ecuador, venezuela and argentina, where incomes are actually more equal today than they are in the land of horatio alger. bernie sanders the point is, democratic socialists of america are a danger to the republic, and they are not participating in the area of ideas where they can be challenged. instead, they are operating in the shadows of our governmental system and attempting to infiltrate every level possible. they do not intend to persuade you of their ideas, they intend to simply enforce them the moment they are able to. yet, we can see the dangers of their ideas when individuals like alexandria ocasio-cortez openly flaunt things like medicare for all, but have absolutely no idea how to afford the $40 trillion price tag. one only needs to look at the actions of dsa individuals to understand the principles behind their politics. these are not individuals interested in sharing the same equality with the rest of us. they reserve a double standard for themselves while forcing equality onto the rest of the country. alexandra ocasio-cortez has enjoyed the benefits of posing in a $3500 suit for a magazine which drew outrage. the irony of a redistributionist’s garb costing more than the average american monthly salary is seen to be a violation of her principles. the thing is, its totally consistent with socialist values . the theory of socialism, however, grew out of the philosophic, historical, and economic theories elaborated by educated representatives of the propertied classes, by intellectuals. practically speaking, the process of proselytizing and mobilizing a population, consolidating power, and converting an economy to central planning – to say nothing of running it – starts and ends with a small, elite corps of ruling intellectuals. that over time they accord to themselves the trappings of the moneyed class they simultaneously assail is neither surprising or hypocritical. ocasio’s affluent attire is thus in keeping with a longstanding tradition of exceedingly well-heeled redistributionists… peter c. earle is it becoming more clear now?
